I have to give it a 3 stars because: 1) I requested an additional stop and when they quoted me, i thought that was the final cost. However when I received confirmation the day of, they added an additional $10 for the stop. Would have preferred that they noted that additional charge when I first put in the request. 2) I had issues adding a credit card. When they fix the app, I'll be glad to change my review and rating.

it's nice that it tells you the gratuity amount so you wont have to think about it. you get a text when your car arrives with the name of the driver and car model and even driver rating. I never used Uber or those other cab apps before but I know for a fact that this service is generally cheaper for longer distances.

I had a very negative experience where the company tried to charge me extra without informing me on my credit card. The price on the app said 34 dollars with 3.75 as gratuity totaling 37. Driver said 37 didn't include tip and wanted to charge 42 without explaining why. He called operator and she cursed me out in chinese when I refused to pay more than the agreed amount of 37 (stated in my phone). I'm switching to another car service after seeing how unprofessional they are.
